Every cat that comes to stay with us receives individual care and attention. Our aim to ensure your cat is kept safe, healthy and happy. We do just that.
 Your animal needs to come to us with the following:
A confirmed booking
Your cat must be clean, flea/worm free and in good health
A current vaccination certificate
Pet Carriers
Owners are strongly advised to put their cat into a suitable carrier when transporting their cat. Your pet carrier can be left here aswell, while you are away.
Accounts
All accounts are to be paid in full on delivery or collection. For long term guests fortnightly or monthly payments are required. A 25% non refundable deposit is required prior to arrival for Christmas bookings.
Discounts are given for long term stays – 10% given for cats staying 4-8 weeks and 15% given for 9 weeks or more. These discounts are not available with any other offer.
Pick up and Drop Home Service
We provide this service when requested for a nominated fee.
